Craig Wall – Principal and Owner

Hi my name is Craig Wall , principal and owner of Geographe Safety Compliance Services (GSCS).

After a successful career in Occupational Health and Safety Management I have decided to venture into my own business. I aim to use this understanding to develop and deliver high quality training; safety and compliance services that not only meet but exceed the needs of my clients.

Although in the past Geographe Fire has only dealt with fire equipment sales and servicing, Geographe Safety Compliance Services will be offering a range of new services and products aimed to meet the needs of local businesses in the area of safety and compliance. It is our aim at GSCS to make service delivery easy, reliable, effective and provide great value for money. All our staff are working together provide Southwest businesses with great services and assist them reach their businesses goals.

There are also great discounts for all our customers who have service agreements with us.

I am excited about being able to offer these new services and working with our customers to assure your safety and contributing to your overall success.

Pam buswell

Pam Buswell First – Aid Trainer and Assessor  

My name is Pam Buswell qualified Trainer and Assessor. I have 37 years in the Medical Profession including Nursing Hospital, Ambulance, Mine Sites Medic, Injury Management, Emergency Response Training, Medical Rep, Clinic Health Pathology, First Aid Training Schools, Sporting Facilities, Industrial Sites and Mine Sites also providing Drug Screening.

As a  people’s  person my passion is to work and help with people. In a professional manner I thrive in creating interactive environments for students to accelerate their learning skill set. My real-time experience emergency situations brings high valve to my Training modules. Students are provided the opportunity to engage in hands on practice with group simulations based on real-life scenarios.

Kim Smith – High Risk Work Trainer

Throughout my career, ranging from Apprentice to Manager and many positions in between, I have rarely said no to an opportunity to learn more about my job or take on a completely new position. One of the key pathways to your personal development is through structured training that is mutually recognised across industry or your professional field.

As I have found, this can lead to personal growth and advancement within your company or to a new and exciting position or just give you satisfaction and confidence in your current role.

It was recognised early in my career that I had the ability to help others to succeed in their chosen field, training people has always been my passion. This has been underpinned with over 35 years of industry experience including over 10 years as a Registered Worksafe High Risk Work License Assessor. I have always maintained that one of the major contributors to a successful and competitive Company is competent personnel.
